As a **Jewellery Stylist**, you are our on-ground ambassador to the offline Wanderlust + Co experience. You contribute to the business by maximising sales on the floor in addition to providing exceptional customer service that meets the Wanderlust + Co standard. You will help to achieve individual sales goals and build long-lasting client relationships through your passion for the brand and extensive product knowledge. You are also responsible to support all back-of-house related operational tasks. This role reports to the Store Manager.

**Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) -**

**Sales Performance**
- Deliver a warm and pleasant experience to all customers visiting the store
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals
- Possess a strong drive for results while maintaining a positive and caring attitude at all times to both team members and customers

**Customer Development**
- Offer exceptional service to all Wanderlust + Co customers in person, or over the phone and through any electronic communication
- Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage customers through product knowledge and brand story
- Able to highlight any issues and suggest appropriate solutions promptly to Store Manager so each customer’s complaint / issue is effectively and promptly solved

**Operations**
- Execute opening and closing of the store according to guidelines
- Ability to handle all store equipment especially POS system
- Support visual merchandising, merchandising and housekeeping according to store guidelines
- Keep the product in stock room and floor in perfect condition
- Participate in all inventory and cycle counts and protect the assets of the store
- Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise

**Minimum Qualifications**:
**Qualifications Needed**:

- Proven work experience as a Retail Associate
- Experience in Jewellery Retail is value added
- Friendly and energetic with strong communication skills in English and Malay, Chinese is a plus
- Customer-service oriented
- Detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
