**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Talent Acquisition Intern** to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process and People Operations, offering valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role is based in **Malaysia**and reports directly to the **Manager, Talent Acquisition**

**A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows**:

- Assist in the **Talent Acquisition process**, including:

- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Support cross-functional TA projects such as:

- Talent sourcing and pipeline management
- Content writing for employer branding and social media channels
- Provide administrative and operational support for **workplace operations**.
- Maintain and audit data accuracy in the HR platform during the recruiting lifecycle; generate reports as needed.
- Assist the TA team with **ad-hoc tasks and projects** assigned by the manager.

**About you**
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and People & Culture functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HR platforms is a plus.
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
