**Responsibilities**:

- As a Payroll Accounting Analyst, you are required to manage the payroll process activities.
- Supporting various payroll process for Europe and Africa Regions.
- Reporting to the payroll accounting lead who covers the scope of payroll accounting for a portfolio of countries.
- Prepare the payroll register MJE from our various ERPs for the countries and legal entities.
- Preparing the analysis from our various ERPs to the compensation and benefits accounts including accounting policy implementations.
- Review and approve monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist to review and update payroll accounting processes.
- Work closely with external and internal auditors to assist in completion of audit deliverables.
- Engage and deal with payroll specialists and hr and other internal stakeholders for the regions.
- Handling communication with colleagues and the HCT payroll teams about data gathering and analysis and query resolution.
- Any other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience dealing in financial accounting
- Possess strong analytical skills with proactive mindset, with the ability to bring expert advice and problem-solving skills to the team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with good spoken and written English
- Ability to work both alone and as part of a diverse cultural team
- ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage
- Experience in Shared Service will be added advantage
- A proven ability to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams and to build and maintain network within and outside Payroll Accounting
- Possess positive thinking and attitude, professionalism, takes ownership of and accountability of the work product
- Self-starter with ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Team-player and customer-centric attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized accounting software, knowledge in SAP or Oracle will be added advantage

**Salary**: Up to RM5,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
