**Job Requirement / Responsibility**

**Get to know the Role**:

- Supporting Lending Operations core team in preparing data input for disbursement, agreements, and repayments.
- Prepare reporting and analysis ensuring performance key metrics are met
- Handle Level 2 Customer Support enquiries on Lending products.
- Discover within own team and/or with other process teams to identify and drive process improvement opportunities.
- Develop automation solutions to improve process efficiency.
- Lead and improve the way in processing smooth Level 2 customer support to meet the performance metrics.
- Ability to re-prioritize and adapt to an exciting, ever-changing environment.
- Performing other relevant support activities (ie. eStamping submission) as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and/or Computer Science, and/or Business Analytics, and/or Information Systems (either related to programming or operations)
- Knowledge of SQL/ Phyton / web languages (HTML coding, APIs) / Microsoft BI / Google Script / any scripting language is preferrable
- Effective team player and passion to serve
- Versatile and results-oriented in a fast pace environment
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent verbal and skills in the area of written communication, project management, time management and organizational skills
- Can thrive in dynamic, fast-paced and results-oriented teams
- Keen sense of ownership, drive and determination
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs
- Proficiency in English

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
