**PURPOSE**:
A residences Operations Manager looks after the daily operations of a residence. Your duties include hiring and training new staff, maintaining budgets, ordering supplies and equipment for the residences, and creating and maintaining work schedules.

**PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
1. Fully responsible for all aspects of all operation departments.

2. Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running the residence.

3. Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.

4. Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.

5. Inspecting all operation departments for SOP implementation.

6. Inspecting all operation department with their respective Manager's for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitalityculture.

7. Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.

8. To stand in for the respective department during a shortfall in manning which may include working on shifts, weekends, public holidays

9. Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.

10. Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development.

11. Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally.

12. Monitor and maintain operation & overheadcostin order to maintain maximum revenue to the organization.

13. Able to organize residence services and activities during events and conferences to ensure smooth operations.

**WORKFLOW**

1. Ensure residence premises are clean, tidy, and ambient enough to receive and tend guests.

2. Monitor the coordination between the different parts of a residence to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

3. Conduct assessments to review customer satisfaction and service recovery process

4. Oversee the training of residence staffs to ensure maximum revenue for management.

5. To work on weekends and to oversee the flow and the entire residence operation.

6. To report and update the General Manager daily and especially in the event of a mishap, guest complaint, operational issues / challenges, etc.

7. Establish communication channels to interact with customers in order to obtain their feedback and assist with the resolution of problems.

8. Responds to guest reviews within 24 hours on OTA platforms (Agoda, Booking.Com, TripAdvisor, Expedia, etc)

9. Organize training programs to enhance the job skills and performance of operation team members.

10. Liaise with the marketing staff to develop and implement strategies for growing the business.

11. Deal with vendors to ensure provision of high-quality products and services.

12. Schedule work shifts and tasks to residences staff according to their specialty.

13. To ensure Operation Department (Housekeeping, Front Office & Maintenance) are in full compliance of hotel SOP without fail. To conduct audit and checks to ensure SOP are adhered to by respective departments. To develop SOP if there is none to enhance controllability.

**Salary**: From RM4,500.00 per month
