Position: Sales Executive
Working Hour: 9AM-6PM (Monday to Friday)
Location: Cyberjaya
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meeting or exceeding sales targets by actively selling F&B products to existing and potential customers. This involves identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including distributors, retailers, restaurants, cafes, and other F&B establishments. This includes regular communication, addressing customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Analyzing market data to develop effective sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- **Product Promotion and Marketing**: Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote F&B products. This may involve organizing product demonstrations, participating in trade shows and events, and collaborating with marketing teams on promotional activities.
- **Account Management**: Managing accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely support, resolving issues, and addressing customer feedback. Developing account plans to maximize sales and profitability.
- **New Business Development**: Identifying and prospecting new customers and business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue. This may involve cold calling, networking, and building partnerships with potential clients.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. Providing regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management to track progress and make informed decisions.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**: Maintaining a thorough understanding of F&B products, including ingredients, features, and benefits. Providing product training and support to customers and internal teams as needed.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Handling sales contracts, agreements, and other documentation accurately and efficiently.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and efficiency in sales operations. Providing feedback and suggestions to management for enhancing sales strategies and tactics.

**Salary**: RM1,800.56 - RM2,500.82 per month
