The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Strategise and monitor daily activities of customer service operations
- Investigate vendor's issues, identify root cause, action plan and solutions
- Key person to handle and escalate disputes within the business operations
- Prepare FAQ and campaign briefing to supplier monthly
- Prepare daily report/ weekly report/ monthly report or as per request
- Handle escalation ticket with internal operation team
- Maintain a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and improve customer service procedures, policies and standards for the organisation or department

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma qualifications in any field of study
- Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience or internship
- Prior experience in the Logistic industry is advantageous
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Willing to work in Shah Alam area and possess own transport
