**About the Team**:
The Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region. The team helps sellers to market their products across regional markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence. - To conceptualise, develop and execute marketing campaigns for the Cross Border business
- Collaborate and coordinate across regional and local stakeholders to plan, execute and monitor performance of the Cross Border marketing campaigns, including the Marketing team, Operations team, Payments team, Seller Management Teams based in Asia and other enabling functional teams
- Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks and resources
- Ensures smooth and timely execution of campaigns, including conducting necessary checks during key campaign live dates
- Initiatives and executes process reviews and improvements
- Perform analysis and performance reporting relating to the marketing campaigns initiatives where required
- Have a deep understanding of market landscape, buyer behaviour, and plan effective solution and growth initiatives for business performance

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-3 years of work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in e-commerce marketing, project management or brand management will be advantageous
- Strong ability to execute, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and manage projects from end to end
- Displays ownership over one’s work, successes and mistakes. Accountable and responsible for all responsibilities and deliverables
- Thorough, attentive to details, highly organized and proactive, resourceful, a critical thinker, and has a growth mindset
- Basic competency in PowerPoint and strong competency in Excel software for presentations and analysis
