**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Administrative tasks
- Prepare cash bills, invoice, delivery order & purchase order.
- Manage and maintain stock
- Maintain filing system (hard copy & soft copy) and office equipment
- Capable of doing social media marketing
- Excellent in using computer
- Involve in staff recruitment
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
- Prepare and update daily financial record
- Submit EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc
- Costing, budgeting & cashflow analysis
- Liasing with suppliers, auditors, company secretary, bankers, etc
- Assist in adhock task when needed

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- At least possess a Diploma in any related field
- Minimum 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Positive working attitude and willing to learn
- Must be discipline in working
