Admin Assistant

We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual to assist with **Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH)** documentation and administrative work.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparing, filing, and updating DOSH-related documents.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Support audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
- Handle general office admin tasks (data entry, filing, correspondence).
- Coordinate with internal departments for required safety documents.
**Requirements**:
- Internship or apprenticeship placement (students welcome).
- Basic Microsoft Office skills. Strong Microsoft Excel skill is added value.
- Good organization and communication skills.
- Interest in workplace safety and compliance is an advantage.
