_**Job Description**_
- To develop ISO Procedures.
- To implement, maintain and ensure the project documents processes and procedures in order and up to ISO standard.
- To lead in internal and external ISO audit.
- To liaise with the external auditors.
- To develop and maintain Document Management System.
- To communicate and liaise with Project Teams to the agreed standard, system, etc.
- To be responsible for some document controller tasks.
- To organize the filing of design calculation, project documents and structural tracing.
- To provide support to technical staff.
- Liaise with Project Managers and related parties to support accuracy in document requirements.
- Memo preparation upon required.
- To assist in any administrative tasks.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
- **Requirements**_
- Have at least Diploma or Degree in any related discipline.
- Having Degree in Office Management/Administration will be added advantage.
- Having at least 3 years of ISO experience in construction or engineering firm will be an added advantage.
- Priority will be given to those having experience in ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO37001.
- Hardworking, self-motivated person, independent, fast learner, systematic and able to do multi-tasking.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- For Malaysian only.
- Have opportunity to convert to permanent if performance is good.
- Required language: English.
