Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Executive, ISO & Risk Compliance to join our team. In this role, you will support the QHSE Manager in managing and strengthening our ISO Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO while ensuring compliance with operational standards, legal requirements, and industry best practices across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO standards.

·       Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of non-conformities.

·       Oversee and facilitate operational risk assessments for Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and Solar projects, providing practical recommendations for risk mitigation.

·       Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements including DOSH, DOE, CIDB, and TNB GMR.

·       Support QHSE reporting, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and management reviews to drive performance improvements.

·       Collaborate with project teams to enhance awareness of risk, compliance, and EHS practices, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.

·       Provide technical guidance and advice on ISO standards, compliance frameworks, and project risk management.

·       Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior/Senior Management team.

Skills and Competencies:

·       Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), Engineering, or related discipline.

·       Certified ISO Internal Auditor in at least one standard (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001); multiple certifications will be an advantage.

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in QHSE, risk assessment, and compliance, preferably within EPCC, construction, or renewable energy industries.

·       Strong working knowledge of Malaysian EHS legislation, regulations, and project risk management practices.

·       Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

·       Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

·       Occasional travel for training, audits, or regulatory meetings may be required.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and implement safety measures.

·       The ability to work independently and proactively takes initiative.

·       Strong organizational and leadership skills to support QHSE initiatives.
