**JOB SUMMARY**

Position is accountable for pricing, positioning and inventory management of all hotels within the portfolio. Oversees all processes associated with demand, revenue, inventory, forecasting and opportunity analysis. Identifies new revenue opportunities and effectively communicates sales strategy and pricing to all key stakeholders. Maintains productive relationships with stakeholders, including hotel General Managers, sales leaders, operations and finance.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

1). Analyzing and Reporting Revenue Management Data
- Demonstrates knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.
- Analyses information, identifies current and potential problems and proposes solutions.
- Analyses period end and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods and obstacles to achieving goals.
- Analyses and identifies competitor set strengths and develops strategies to best capture available market share.
- Optimise distribution channels and achieve optimal business mix.
- Develop & manage ecommerce strategies
- Digital marketing competency
- Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
- Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines.

2). Executing Revenue Management Strategy
- Takes a predetermined strategy and contributing to the execution of that strategy.
- Conducts sales strategy analysis and refines as appropriate to increase market share for all properties.
- Assists hotels with pricing and provides input on business evaluation recommendations.
- Communicates brand initiatives, demand and market analysis to hotel leadership teams.
- Ensures that sales strategies and rate restrictions are communicated, implemented and modified as market conditions fluctuate.
- Attends sales/revenue meetings to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate and manage activities and solutions.

3). Building Successful Relationships
- Provides targeted and timely communication of results, achievements and challenges to the stakeholders.
- Acts as a liaison, when necessary, between property and regional/corporate systems support.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Project / New Hotel activation.
- Assist in annual budget and business plan.
