**Job title: Revenue & Reservation Executive**

**Department: Sales & Marketing**

**Report to: Revenue Manager**

**Position Summary**:

- The Revenue & Reservation Executive is responsible for the hotel reservation & partly of revenue in the absent of Revenue Manager. To assist Revenue Manager in ensuring rates, inventory and revenue are place correctly in order to maximise the occupancy and revenue for the hotel.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Reservation**
- To be familiar with the Else Kuala Lumpur policies & procedures.
- To be well versed in room product of the hotel ie rates, layout, configuration.
- To be versed in all the reservation handling
- To up sell room whenever possible to maximize the occupancy and revenue.
- To maintain an accurate and updated reservation in the system
- To assist the Revenue Manager on the update of the Reservation on regular basis
- To co-ordinate reservations requirements with the respective departments.

**Revenue**
- To prepare Pick Up Report in the absence of the Revenue Manager
- To assist the Revenue Manager to ensure the online presence of Else Kuala Lumpur
- Assist the Revenue Manager on the maximizing every opportunity for Direct Booking, OTA & Travel Agents.
- To develop strong business relationship with Direct Booking vendor, OTA’s and Travel Agents as the main contact person for the Else Kuala Lumpur.
- Survey the market, the competitors in terms of pricing and closed dates as a basis for future pricing strategies.
- To monitor and track results on promotion and campaigns.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
