**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end to end recruitment processes to attract, recruit, and retain the talents which cover sourcing, screening, job advertising, interview coordination, offering stage, and onboarding.
- Executive and function for all company’s HR payroll, policies, benefits, reporting & standard operational procedures(SOP), and other relevant matters.
- Provide strong support to the smooth running and operations of all HR and administrative matters to improve the overall efficiency and productivity of the company.
- Suggest and advice for benchmark of the compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, and make recommendations to the company’s leadership team for improvement.
- Ensure all newly hired employees are properly on-boarded and aware of the company profile, handbook, and company culture.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 2 years of working experiences as general HR function in any industry
- Excellent communication in both verbal and written (English). Mandarin speaker is required for working purposes.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any related studies
- Strong understand or sound knowledgeable in Labor Law
- Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant and out-going personality
- Innovative and a problem solver

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
