**Kelayakan**:

- Diploma/Pendidikan Tinggi dalam bidang berkaitan (diutamakan)
- 1-3 tahun pengalaman dalam penyelarasan jualan, terutamanya dalam industri perabot atau pembuatan
- Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan rundingan yang baik dalam Bahasa Malaysia & Inggeris
- Mahir dalam penggunaan perisian AutoCount dan Microsoft Office
- Kemahiran organisasi, pemprosesan data, dan pemantauan pesanan pelanggan
- Pemahaman asas tentang proses pembuatan dan logistik perabot

**Tanggungjawab**:

- Menyemak dan mengurus e-mel berkaitan pesanan pelanggan dan pembekal
- Menyemak Pesanan Pembelian (PO) dan memastikan keperluan bahan mencukupi
- Memasukkan butiran pesanan ke dalam sistem AutoCount dengan tepat
- Merancang jadual penghantaran dan menyelaras dengan pasukan logistik
- Menyediakan Delivery Order (DO) dan Invois untuk penghantaran kepada pelanggan
- Menyemak dan mengemas kini data jualan serta inventori dalam sistem
- Berkomunikasi dengan pasukan produksi untuk memastikan pesanan berjalan lancar
- Menyediakan laporan jualan dan status pesanan kepada pihak pengurusan
