**Our client, an USA MNC specializing in the packaging industry, is hiring experienced Technician to join their team in Johor Bahru.**
- Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Packaging)
- Location: SiLC, Iskandar Puteri
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM
- Remuneration: Basic salary, fixed allowances, AWS

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, DOE, and company policies.
- Conduct safety audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a proactive safety culture, while providing guidance on best practices.
- Investigate workplace incidents, recommend corrective actions, and support the Engineering team in conducting safety risk assessments.
- Oversee waste disposal and chemical handling processes to ensure adherence to environmental compliance standards.
- Coordinate audiometric testing and maintain accurate health and safety records.
- Help develop and implement emergency response plans, conduct safety drills, and provide regular safety training to employees.
- Support daily facility operations to maintain a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment.
- Collaborate with external vendors for facility maintenance, repairs, and compliance with building codes and standards.
- Assist in preventive maintenance (PM) inspections, as well as consumable replacement for air systems and equipment.
- Manage hazardous waste scheduling in compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-3 years of working experience in the relevant field.
- Diploma in Engineering; preferably in Electrical Engineering or relevant.
- Chargeman AO certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of high and low voltage of electrical inspection.

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
