About the Role

We are looking for a creative Communications Intern to support our internal communications team by designing high-impact visuals across various mediums.

This role requires a strong eye for design, creativity, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects. We are looking for someone who is proficient in Canva and, if possible, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation:

- Develop merchandise designs (e.g., t-shirts, event materials, etc.).
- Ensure all visuals align with corporate branding guidelines.

Photography & Videography:

- Capture high-quality photos and videos of internal events and activities.
- Edit videos for internal communications and social media platforms.
- Assist in managing visual content archives.

Event & Communication Support:

- Support internal events, including town halls, wellness programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Help with logistics, setup, and promotional materials.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance communication campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro are a plus)
✔ Passionate about visual storytelling and corporate communications.
✔ A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.

✔ Excel academically with minimum CGPA 3.00 or second class upper or equivalent

✔ Minimum duration would be 12 weeks or above

✔ Compulsory internship placements by university

✔ Willing to work in Cyberjaya
