Job Overview:
We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our HQ Taco Bell Malaysia team in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage HR functions, ensure smooth HR operations, handle payroll, and support our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HR operations and employee relations.
- Implement and maintain HR policies.
- Handle payroll processing using HRMS.
- Collaborate with the operations team.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Support performance management and development.

Qualifications:

- Experience with HRMS, especially InfoTech.
- Experience in HR management, operations, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies and practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience in the food service industry is a plus.
