We are seeking **hardworking and team-oriented Bussers** to support our **Michelin 1-Star Thai Fine Dining service team**. You will play an essential role in ensuring **a smooth dining experience**, assisting the floor and kitchen teams, and maintaining restaurant hygiene standards.

**Requirement**
- Experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- A strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Fast and good memorization skills for menu and product knowledge.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure in a high-paced fine dining environment.
- **Proficiency in English is required.**:

- Neat and professional appearance.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous fine dining experience is a plus.
- Malaysians and individuals with valid work permits are encouraged to apply.

**Responsibility**
- Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow.
- Follow restaurant SOPs and hygiene standards to maintain consistency and quality in service.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently while ensuring presentation accuracy.
- Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset promptly to maintain a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including table settings and floor areas.
- Develop strong product knowledge to assist the service team and answer guest inquiries.
- Memorize menu items, ingredients, and specials quickly and accurately.
- Support the team during busy service periods to uphold fine dining standards.
- Assist in preparing the dining area before service, ensuring proper table arrangements and setup.
- Collect and transport dishes, utensils, and glassware to the kitchen for cleaning.
- Respond to guest requests politely and promptly, assisting with any special needs.
