**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisement and managing recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews and participate in the interview process when required.
- Coordinate the onboarding and induction of new employees, ensuring proper orientation and integration into the company.

**Employee Relations**:

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly.
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and retention. Assist in handling disciplinary actions and grievance procedures in alignment with company policies.

**HR Administration**:

- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, policies and performance appraisals.
- Assist in processing payroll-related and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

**Training and Development**:

- Coordinate training sessions, workshops and professional development programs.
- Monitor training outcomes and provide feedback to employees and management.

**Compliance and Policy Implementation**:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and company policies.
- Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics, audits and compliance.

**Performance Management**:

- Support the performance appraisal process, including scheduling reviews and managing documentation.
- Assist managers in identifying training needs and career development opportunities for their teams.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR’s experience or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws and proficient in HR software.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Problem solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
