The Training & Compliance Executive role is responsible for supporting and assisting the maintenance department to track and administer the training compliance related to safety and procedures across the department focusing on ride related maintenance operations.

**Scope and Responsibilities**:

- Review existing safety systems that include standard operating procedures, Engineering procedures, Engineering COSWP for maintenance department.
- Identify the needs to establish new or revise the existing standard operating procedures.
- To provide training for maintenance personnel on specific requirement.
- To monitor the competency level of maintenance personnel according to the Merlin standard requirement.
- To conduct quality assurance inspection to ensure compliance with internal standard, ride manufacturers OEM’s and any third party recommendations/ requirements in respect of ride. Task includes preparing reports and follow up closely on the action taken required.
- To conduct reviews and audits of health & safety practices and procedures regularly to ensure that these as well as all equipment and machinery meet statutory and company requirements.
- Monitor ride related risk assessments, JHA, third party ride inspection reports, surveys etc. and ensure that all required actions identified therein are implemented as appropriate and suitable records maintained in respect of action closure.
- Coordination for the ride safety auditor’s (TUV, HSEC, DOSH and etc.) that includes preparation of report, follow up on issues raised by the inspective party and to ensure corrective actions are taken accordingly based on the recommendation given.
- To coordinate on matters related to Health & Safety compliance and work closely with Health & Safety department on all maintenancemachinery compliance according to the Factory and Machinery Act.
- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
- **Training Development & Delivery**_
- To prepare training material and to conduct training related to delivery of ride specific maintenance tasks as well as general health & safety training e.g. SSOW and COSWP, maintenance induction training and etc.
- To conduct training for maintenance personnel in accordance with an established training matrix including safety briefings, toolbox talks etc.
- Working closely with Training & Compliance Supervisor to develop structured training manuals on specific rides, attractions and other assets which can be utilized to train maintenance personnel in relation to the performance of planned preventive and reactive maintenance.

Pay: RM1,924.67 - RM4,382.89 per month
