**Responsibilities**
- Measure efficiency and effectiveness of current data model in delivering intended business outcomes.
- Develop knowledge and expertise on Dell’s customer data ecosystem; leverage that knowledge to support the integrity of the customer data use.
- Monitor data quality metrics and understand impacts and causes of changes in data quality. Measure performance against established policies
- Analyse the data, provide assessment on trends, identify, and explain variances from goals.
- Develop In depth root cause and learning that can be leveraged by data owners to drive “call to action” and accountability on customer data governance councils and working meetings.
