**About the Role**

We’re hiring a **Management Associate** to work closely with our leadership team on critical operational projects and decision-making initiatives. This isn’t a paper-pushing or purely admin role — you’ll be hands-on, exposed to live challenges across sales, procurement, supply chain, and strategic execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support daily business operations and project initiatives across departments
- Join management meetings, document key discussions, and follow through on execution plans
- Help build and improve SOPs, workflows, and cross-functional communication
- Analyse operational data to provide actionable insights and reports
- Track project milestones, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements
- Contribute ideas to optimise performance and help drive change
- Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them from idea to outcome

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Mathematics, or similar field
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (fresh grads with strong internship/project exposure are encouraged to apply)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Bonus: Ability to speak and understand Chinese and experience with SQL or working with datasets
- Self-motivated, highly organised, and excellent in time management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willing to work full-time onsite in Butterworth, Penang
