Human Resource Manager

Roles that you are expected to work on:
- Participating in Strategic Management decision of the Company on payroll, benefit, IR/ER and EHS related matter.
- Manage Employer - Employee relationship with the aim to create a harmonious work environment at all times
- Ensure disciplinary cases and grievances in compliance with the Employment and Industrial Relation Act
- Review and monitor Salary & Benefits administration (Group Insurance plans, Medical Benefits, Retirement Benefits, Service Awards, etc.)
- Manage periodical salary & benefits survey of companies in similar industry/geographic locations to ensure that the company is competitive and able to attract, retain & motivate company associates.
- To supervise & review performance appraisal, salary increment, incentive, bonus & promotion process.
- To ensure that all employees monthly payroll is executed in a timely manner and that all statutory contributions are submitted on time.
- To ensure all statutory payment being perform and carried as to comply with government rules and regulation.
- To ensure submission of yearly EA form/ e-filing (employer) to IRB.
- Review monthly KPI, Manpower costs report, Sales Ratios; review & present Ecom report.
- Review and maintain leave management record.
- Review and establishment of employee handbook.
- Review HR related process/ system for improvement
- To ensure plant wide environmental, safety and health management system in place
- To ensure execution all regulatory body rule and regulation being complied
- To enhance and review health and safety matters (Covid, compliance, risk assessments, site inspections, action plans, etc.)
- To review and execute periodical environment, safety and health inspection and audits
- Undertake any other assignments as assigned by superior from time to time
Experiences Needed
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- At least 6 years of Managerial experiences in general HR management
- Possess charismatic leadership ability and able to lead HR succession planning
- Excellent knowledge in ISO audits, EHS knowledge, IR & ER management as well as Compensation & Benefits
- Excellent interpersonal & communication (English & BM) required
**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
