Responsible for end to end payroll processing.
- Involve in the annual year-end tax reporting. To generate tax forms for employees and provide resolution to any related queries.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for all relevant documents (payroll advice, reports and correspondences) pertaining to employees payroll.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure documentation
- Responsible for compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relationship and other HR related matters.
- Leave & time attendance administration.
- Maintain and upkeep all HR records.
- Preparation of HR correspondences such as employment letters, staff confirmation, staff movements/resignations etc.
- Liaise with statutory parties when necessary
- Handle employee discipline issues & grievances
- Coordinate with management and discuss any issues or decisions with the bosses **before communicating directly with staff** to ensure alignment with company policies and strategies.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll management or a related HR function.
- Diploma/Degree or certification in Human Resources Management
- In-depth knowledge of payroll systems, government regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with staff and management.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR/payroll software.
- Fluency in **Mandarin** is preferred to communicate with a diverse team.
