Job Description
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports for management.
- Handle employee welfare activities and engagement programs.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
- Support recruitment activities when required.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for all new employees, including drivers and other staff.
- Manage offboarding processes including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and recorded accurately.
- Handle and manage drivers' records, including employment contracts, license renewals, and compliance documents.
- Manage drivers' benefits such as allowances, insurance, medical claims, and other entitlements.
Job Requirements
- Relevant diploma or above
- Minimum 1 years
- Organized and efficient in daily tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
- Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
- Performing administrative tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
