As a Supply Chain Finance specialist/Cost Controller, you will support supply chain finance activities for the Connection System Shop. You will ensure efficient and effective operations by providing accurate, high quality and timely performance analytics to local, regional, and global operations management. Also partnering closely with Project Management organization. This role requires to leverage data and analysis to drive decision making, with a continuous focus on simplification of processes and precision while ensuring controllership governance.

**Responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities**:

- Leading in supply chain business planning / forecasting cycle.
- Preparing and consolidating monthly plant financial analysis, performance reports, KPIs, with deep understanding of variances to plan for pitch outs to upper management.
- Tracking various projects for Direct Material Productivity and Cost of Quality optimization at a granular level, recommend actions to get to planned performance.
- Ensuring operational team are engaged and driving projects to closure.
- Effectively partnering with site functional leaders, regional and HQ teams to ensure high quality and speed of financial analysis/reporting, facilitating efficient decision making, driving growth and productivity.
- Supporting global supply chain initiatives and process improvements
- Partnering with Project Managers to provide governance and control on projects costs.
- Leading Project Cost Reviews to define the project margin for the purpose of revenue recognition.
- Assessing exposures, risks and opportunities to the cost estimates and requirement for specific reserves.
- Performing detailed variance analysis versus budgets and benchmarks to identify productivity opportunities.
- Conducting other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Supply Chain and Costing experience is must.
- A solid understanding of supply chain processes along with deep domain expertise on product cost, logistic, SMI, variable cost analysis

**Additional Details**:

- **Salary Range**: Up to RM9,500.00
- **Location**:Kuala Lumpur
- **Working Hour**: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM
- **Job Type**: 12 months (_**2 months probation period)**_

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
