To assist the Senior Executive, Administration for all the administration related work. On top of that, this incumbent also required to assist on the operations for Mamee Jonker House.
- Help to answer the phones and greeting visitors.
- Scheduling meetings and managing office calendars for room booking.
- Filing documents and maintaining organized records
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Ensuring the office environment is clean, organized and safe.
- Helping to coordinate office maintenance when needed.
- Assisting senior management with special projects (Mamee Jonker House)
- Managing databases and ensuring they are updated regularly.
- Ordering office supplies (cleaning essential, courier flyers) and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.
- Reply to all inquiries on social media (Instagram and facebook)
- Help to proceed payment for every office purchase
- Always standby for any ad-hoc task from your superior.
**Job Requirements**:
- Preferably at least 1 years of related working experience.
- Good communication skills in Malay, English language for both spoken and written
- 1 Full-time/Permanent positions available
- This position based in **Subang Jaya**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
