**Customer Service Executive [Fresh Graduates Welcome]**
**Location**: Cyberjaya, Selangor
**Industry**: Oil & Gas
**Duration**: 12-Month Contract
**Working Days**: 5 Days/Week
**Shift Rotation**:
- **Morning Shift**: 7am - 4pm
- **Afternoon Shift**: 2pm - 11pm
- **Night Shift**: 10pm - 7am
**Salary**: RM 3,000/month
**Shift Allowance**: RM 500/month
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**
- Resolve inquiries effectively during the first interaction (Live Resolution).
**Order & Delivery Coordination**
- Manage post-scheduling activities like:
- Left-on-board issues
- Load/vehicle/compartment changes
- Plant/depot changes
- Trip sequence updates
- Keep customers informed throughout the process.
**Scheduling Support**
- Handle changes to customer orders by assessing feasibility and coordinating with the scheduling team.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure accurate delivery and order adjustments.
**Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Take ownership of end-to-end customer queries.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners and internal teams for smooth resolutions.
**Requirements**:
**Education**: Minimum Professional Diploma
**Tech Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
**Soft Skills**:
- Strong time management & organizational skills
- Excellent communication in English (both written & spoken)
- Team player with ability to work independently
**Attitude**: Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable
**Bonus**: Experience working with higher-level management
**Location**: Based at Shell HQ, Cyberjaya, Selangor
**Type**: Contract - 1 Year
