**Job Overview**: The Account cum Admin Clerk will support our boutique’s daily operations by managing financial records, ensuring efficient office administration, and assisting with customer service. This role requires excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong sense of customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Management**:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoice opening, filing, purchase order processing, data entry, and more.
- Support the finance team with administrative duties related to accounting operations.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare payroll and ensure timely payment of staff wages.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for easy access and retrieval.

**Order and Inventory Tracking**:

- Track the in and out flow of orders from the workshop to the outlet to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Organize and maintain customer records and inventory.

**Administrative Support**:

- Schedule appointments and manage the boutique calendar.
- Manage office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with order processing and follow-ups to ensure timely service.

**Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Address customer inquiries related to orders, fittings, and services.
- Support the boutique team in providing a warm and personalized experience for each client.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in accounting or administration, preferably in a retail or boutique environment. Fresh graduates with accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office, and basic bookkeeping. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
