**Your Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Handle daily outbound calls to existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Provide exceptional service to walk-in customers.

**Branch Operations**:

- Schedule technician appointments and coordinate services.
- Oversee branch operations and maintain quality standards.
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth HQ coordination.

**Inventory & Support**:

- Assist in monitor branch stock movement and and inventory control when required.
- Assist in technician recruitment and onboarding as required.
- Support various operational duties as assigned.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Education: Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service or related field.
- Personal Qualities: Independent, proactive, multitasking and strong communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Knowledge in SAP software will be an added advantage.
