To develop and implement safe system at workplace and compliance of the environmental, safety and health rules and regulations and to oversee WWTP & sewerage system and maintaining the firefighting system in the Factory
- To advise the employer or any person-in-charged of a place of work on the measures to be taken in the interests of the safety and health of the persons employed in the place of work
- To carry out Safety inspection and Safety Audit in accordance to schedule and monitor the corrective and preventive action taken and its effectiveness
- To inspect the place of work to determine whether any machinery, plant, equipment, WWTP sewage, schedule waste, substance, appliance or process or anydescription of manual labour used in the place of work, is of such nature liable to cause bodily injury to any person working in the place of work
- To investigate any accident, near miss accident, and dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning, occupational disease which has happened in the place of work (JKKP 9)
- To ensure compliance with DOE regulations and environmental law
- To assist any officers (government or local council officer) in carrying out any inspection in the work place under the Act or any regulations made under the Act so that any matters arising can be resolve
- To collect analyze and maintain statistics on any accident, dangerous occurrences, occupational polsoning and occupational disease which have occurred at the place of work (JKKP 8)
- To collect, analyze and maintain statistics on schedule waste, WWTP & sewage statistic on daily basis in order to comply with DOE regulations
- To cany out any lawful instructions made by the employer or any person in charge of the place of work on any matters pertaining to safety and health of the work place.
- To conduct workplace Safety and Health program and training to the employees
- To become the Secretary to the Safety and Health (OSH) Committee and Environmental Monitoring Committee (ERCMC & EPMC) and submit monthly Safoty and Health report to the Management.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
