As a Business Manager, you will be responsible in developing and leading assigned products to its optimal potential throughout the product lifecycle. Additionally, you will develop sales representatives’ ability to influence customers’ prescribing behaviours to deliver target sales and build AstraZeneca’s long-term business within the district.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Marketing**
- Designs and implement marketing strategies of assigned brand across all channels and work together with sales team to ensure execution of marketing activities and deliver sales objectives, which include all distribution channels
- Understand the customers behaviour, adoption ladder, and market environment by conducting market research supported with in-field visits
- Establish KEE endorsement and demonstrate high level of product knowledge in the assigned therapy area
- Accountable to brand performance, A&P budget and forecast accuracy
- Accountable in completing the financial planning, brand strategic and execution plan for the assigned brand
- Coach and mentor identified brand managers/ key account manager as appropriately
**Key Account**
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve the sales objectives of an assigned brand across a designated group of key accounts
- Build a strong customer relationship with deep understanding of customer and account unmet needs, and leverage on any opportunity to co-create solutions with the designated group of key accounts
**Essential Requirements**:
- Your education background is in science or marketing preferably with an MBA from a top university
- You have experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, experience in managing haematology portfolio is preferred
- You are fluent in English with strong communication skills
- You adapt quickly and flexible in a dynamic learning environment
