Company Administration Executive

1. Accounting & Financial Administration
- Maintain accurate financial records and company books.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices and track payments.
- Conduct timely follow-ups on outstanding invoices and payments.
- Manage monthly financial reporting including cash flow, income & expenditure summaries.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial data.
- Coordinate and file staff tax submissions and related statutory requirements.
2. Staff Welfare & Office Management
- Handle staff welfare matters including medical insurance renewals, claims, and coverage updates.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, comfortable, safe, and conducive for productive work.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and improvement.
- Support HR in onboarding and maintaining records for staff benefits and general well-being.
3. Executive Assistance
- Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily and long-term schedule.
- Fix and confirm appointments, meetings, and engagements as per the Director’s priorities.
- Accompany the Director to meetings as needed and assist in note-taking or communication.
- Follow up on behalf of the Director on meeting minutes, decisions, correspondence, and gift deliveries.
- Handle confidential documents, maintain discretion, and ensure smooth executive workflow.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
