**Role Overview**

The Admin for the Recovery Team provides essential administrative and operational support while actively contributing to the creation of a **tech-driven recovery ecosystem**. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating follow-ups, verifying customer details with employers, and supporting the integration of digital tools, automation, and AI to improve efficiency in recovery operations.

**Key Responsibilities1. Administrative & Operational Support**
- Prepare, update, and maintain recovery documents (letters, reminders, repayment agreements, etc.).
- Organize and manage customer files (digital & physical).
- Support recovery officers with scheduling and case tracking.

**2. Data & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate debtor records, repayment statuses, and follow-up logs.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly recovery performance reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry in CRM/recovery systems.

**3. Customer & Employer Communication**
- Handle inbound calls/messages from customers regarding repayment queries.
- Make **verification calls to employers** to confirm customer employment and other required details.
- Draft and send repayment notices, demand letters, and reminders.
- Escalate sensitive or urgent cases to recovery officers or management.

**4. Tech & AI Ecosystem Development**
- Work with management to improve recovery efficiency using automation, AI, and digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp bots, dialers, dashboards).
- Provide feedback on system performance and assist with tech-enabled workflows.
- Ensure smooth adoption of digital-first recovery practices.

**5. Compliance & Confidentiality**
- Ensure all verification and recovery activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive customer and employer information.

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
