**Key Responsibilities**_
**Administrative & Front Office Duties**
- Maintain and update medical record and assigned doctor register
- Handle registration, billing, and payment processes accurately.
- Prepare and manage documentation and correspondence for clients
- Monitor inventory and order medical or office supplies as needed_._
**Operations Support**
- Liaise with doctors to coordinate assignment of cases
- Liaise with examination centres/clinics/hospitals to ensure consultation rooms are well-prepared and stocked for doctor prior to patient examination
- Support the implementation of clinic policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Track and report daily operational metrics, such as appointment flow, no-shows, and patient feedback.
**Customer Service & Communication**
- Provide courteous and professional service to patients, clients and visitors.
- Address concerns or complaints promptly and escalate as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
- Get feedback on service levels from clients
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. _Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply_
- Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or front-desk role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
