Area of Responsibilities
2. Develop recommendations on the suitability of selection tools and educate line managers to use interviewing and other selection tools effectively.
3. Implement targeted recruitment solutions and ensure effective management of the end-to-end recruitment processes and system
4. Administer relevant systems and facilitate periodic recruitment reporting relating to talent management
5. Build and sustain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively
6. Contribute to ongoing reform and innovation to ensure operational efficiency and excellence

Monitor emerging digital tools that may be deployed to enhance the company's HR information and service delivery and share such research with others in the HR division
