3. Implement targeted recruitment solutions and ensure effective management of the end-to-end recruitment processes and system

5. Build and sustain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively

Monitor emerging digital tools that may be deployed to enhance the company's HR information and service delivery and share such research with others in the HR division
