**Job Description**:

- To be able to maintain a proper and systematic documentation filing system.
- Sort incoming & outgoing mail for distribution to personnel accordingly
- Receiving document/letter/parcel
- Scanning, printing, copying related documents
- Liaise with HR - assist in requested training for staff
- Perform the ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Answering Phone Call and pass them on
- Order office supplies
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment

**Position Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ working experience would be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills (written and oral) in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently and a team player.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
