**Company Overview**

The organisation is specialized in manufacturing high precision metal stamping parts for electrical and electronics industries. It is equipped with the latest high technology machines. In order to produce high quality products, all the staffs are trained to be highly skillful and competent.

**Responsibilities**:

- To monitor the production line and do periodic Quality Control checks.
- To implement improvements to production processes that lead to overall increases in product quality.
- To satisfy customer expectations about the product’s quality and customers’ audits.
- To create production plans for new products to guarantee quality from stage one.
- To write reports on design, pre-production and production to check on the quality status of the product at all stages of production and inform the rest of the production team.
- To comply with ISO accreditation requirements.
- To assess the product’s quality by testing for a range of features and see how the product performs under stresses like impact.
- To investigate causes of quality problems and propose solutions.
- To train new Quality Control employees.
- To execute tests to check final product adherence to the company standards.
- To record findings and relay this information to the production team.
- To brainstorm ideas to increase productivity and performance of the production line while maintaining accuracy in quality.
- To make crucial decisions in favor of cost-efficiency without compromising on quality.
- To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by management

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), polymer or equivalent.
- More than 5 years QAQC experience
- Well verse and hands-on experience on ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, IATF 16949:2016 quality management system.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Quality Control & Assurance / Inspection or equivalent.
- Willing to work in Bandar Sultan Sulaiman, Port Klang
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday, 8.00am to 12.30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM6,300.00 per month
