We are looking for a Junior **Creative Designer** to join our dynamic team If you have a passion for design, creativity, and visual storytelling, this is your opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in creating visually compelling designs that align with client requirements and brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Create eye-catching designs for digital and print materials, including campaign key visuals, digital assets, and point-of-sale materials (wobblers, standees, countertops, home shelf displays).
- **Creative Execution**: Develop high-quality, professional designs that align with client briefs and industry standards.
- **Concept Ideation**: Translate client briefs and marketing strategies into visually appealing creative concepts.
- **Project Management**: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- **Innovation**: Think creatively to propose fresh ideas and design concepts.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, including typography and layout consistency.
- **Presentation**: Present design concepts and ideas to supervisors and account managers for approval.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- **Process Compliance**: Follow internal design process workflows and adhere to Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies.
- **Ad-hoc Tasks**: Perform any additional tasks assigned by the manager.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in graphic design (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong typography and layout skills.
- **Creativity**: Ability to generate new concepts and ideas.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
