The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving strategic commercial opportunities for the business by building relationships amongst business users. You will support the Company expansion plans and understand competitive landscape & market structure to drive program objectives amongst partners. You will present and pitch to clients (Businesses/Associations/Organizations) in clear and concise presentations and demonstrations. Duties & Responsibilities B2B sales Reach-out to leads and prospects proactively; Build new and long-term relationships with companies/brands & associations; Use your personal network to attract new clients; Responsible for multiple small to medium-sized proposals at the same time; Create pitch proposals and pitch to clients; Negotiate partnership deals, pricing and other campaign details; Responsible for communicating the brand to the Campaign / Distribution / Influencer Management team; Work with KPIs. Additional Skills Minimum 3 years work experience in a business development, advertising, e-commerce, or any marketing environment; sales or marketing experience is preferable; Selling to E-commerce companies, MNC’s and Public Listed Companies Experience or education in (digital) marketing and knowledge of the digital marketing space; Proven relationship management skills with ability to be customer centric and build/design solutions for partners; Strong persuasive, negotiation & interpersonal skills; Independent, driven, creative, strategic and responsible; Fluent in English - written and spoken. Must be at least a Degree holder
