Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts and potential clients.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer base.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Notes: Job tittle will be offered based on individual's work experiences and work capability

This is a new role to manage business development of company and works closing with Sales Team.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong market contacts and a proven track record in securing new business opportunities, particularly in contract manufacturing, medical, or aviation industries.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Aviation, or Medical sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to build and expand professional networks with key industry stakeholders, including regulators, government agencies, contractors, and clients.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, developing business strategies, and closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, with a high level of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required to pursue business opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within contract manufacturing, medical device, or aviation sectors.
  • Strong industry network and ability to leverage contacts to generate new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
