Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in George Town. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups. This role also involves creating and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and market penetration.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in market research and lead generation techniques
  • Experience in creating and implementing business strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Relevant experience in the elevator or construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
