Pre-sales Solution Architect

Job Function: Software & Cloud The role:
**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Pre-Sales Engagement**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and present tailored solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and cost models to customers.
- ** Solution Design**:

- Leverage expertise in.NET or Java, with integration of frontend technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Incorporate DevSecOps best practices, ensuring security is embedded across the software development lifecycle.
- ** Customer Collaboration**:

- Serve as the technical advisor to customers, addressing their queries and aligning solutions with their goals.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and trust.
- ** Technical Leadership**:

- Stay updated on the latest AWS services, industry trends, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams and assist in developing reusable assets, such as templates and reference architectures.
- ** Documentation & Handover**:

- Document solutions, assumptions, and recommendations for handover to the delivery team.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, quality standards, and operational guidelines.

What we need to see from you:

- Experience:

- Hands-on experience in frontend development with frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Demonstrated expertise in DevSecOps, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and security practices.
- Technical Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, CloudFront, IAM).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and serverless computing.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, SAML, etc.).
- Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications (preferred):

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Relevant certifications in.NET, Java, or frontend technologies.
- DevSecOps certifications (e.g., Certified DevSecOps Professional).

**Education and Certification**
- Bachelors or associate degree in IT discipline
- Certification in **AWS** Certified**:Solution Architect**is must.
- Relevant certifications in.NET, Java, or frontend technologies and DevSecOps certifications (e.g., Certified DevSecOps Professional)

**What we need to see from you**
- Report to practice lead.
- Work closely with pre-sales team to develop opportunities and solution proposal
- Work within project team to develop and test the developed system
- Design, develop, and unit test in accordance with established standards.
- Assist project team in analyzing and resolving technical issues.
- Assist in preparing manuals, specification and other technical documentations.
- Package and support deployment releases.
- Assisting in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, and estimates.
