**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage directly with government agencies, public sector bodies, and enterprise clients to understand business requirements and pain points.
- Design and present technical solutions that align with client needs and compliance requirements, especially for government-related projects.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, tenders, solution architecture documents, and technical presentations.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate solution feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure solution alignment and smooth delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies, including AWS cloud services, security best practices, and compliance frameworks.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector to identify new opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 3-5 years of experience** in a pre-sales, solutions architect, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Proven track record working with **government sector clients, tenders, or public service-related projects**.
- Strong understanding of solution design, architecture principles, and proposal development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly solutions.
- AWS cloud experience or certification (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or equivalent) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with compliance and security requirements for public sector IT projects is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Pay: Up to RM20,000.00 per month
