**This role allows you have the opportunity to**:

- Manage procurement of required SKUs with suppliers (intercompany and 3rd party) to support AOS health, on time delivery and inventory targets.
- 3rd Party Supplier Management: quarterly lead time review, supplier OTD and supplier follow up on open POs.
- Partner with distribution centers (DC) for inbound error resolution.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of product to DC.
- Update standard work.

**To be considered, you must meet the following criteria**:

- **Language Proficiency**:Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- SAP Skills (MM Module) preferred.
- Commercial acumen combined with a strong desire to provide customer satisfaction.
- Supplier management experience and supply chain experience.
- Positive mindset & actively encourages other team members.

**Ideally, you will have experience in**:

- **Advanced Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or Python, to analyze supply chain data and make informed decisions
- **Project Management**: Experience in managing supply chain projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- **Forecasting and Planning**: Expertise in demand forecasting and inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels and meet customer demand.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
