**Furniture Sales Assistant Responsibility**: - Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. - Submits orders by referring to price lists and correct product selection by customer. - Keeps management informed by submitting sales activity and results reports, such as daily sales reports, weekly work plans, and monthly. - Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, company delivery schedules, and receiving stocks. - Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. - Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. - Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping by ensuring that goods are attractively displayed and correctly priced in line with ticketing guidelines. - Demonstrating flexibility in order to meet store needs and special events; peak sales periods. - Well-groomed appearance at all times **SALES REPRESENTATIVES QUALIFICATION /SKILLS**: 2. Meet sales target set by company. Highly a sale driven person. Closing skills / Profitable sales with accurate ordering item of customer without any returned of wrong item quote 3. Territory management / market of furniture analysis of promotion / business season / recommendation potential business plans 4. Extraordinary create a remarkable prospecting & as well negotiation skills with customer. 6. Product knowledge; must be able to deliver all company product details to customer 7. Presentation skills /Create & built a good clientele relationship 8. Motivation for sales drive for higher target achieved. 9. Physical Fitness; assist / handle furniture lifting whenever requires for new stock at store. **WORK HOURS/ BENEFITS**: **1.Working day**: 06 days of week / 48 hours of work in a week. 3.Duties on Public Holiday; Entitle remuneration as double pay (1.5) working per day salary Medical benefit available. receiving sales commission/ incentives which depending on / derived by individual total sales target achieved on every month Vintage Palace Sdn Bhd is a furniture company which supplies high quality home furniture.
