**Salary Calculation**:

- **Basic Salary only = RM2000**_
- **Product Commission = RM300**_
- **Personal Target Commission = RM500**_
- **A month at least = RM2800**_

With a month at least RM2800 just a minimum, with sales higher your commission will higher.

**Optical Sales Assistant Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome patients and assist them with their eyewear needs
- Recommend eyewear that best suits patients' vision and lifestyle needs
- Assist with frame selection and fitting, lens options, and other optical products
- Ensure that displays are clean, organized, and stocked with the latest eyewear trends
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- recommendations to patients
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service and support

**Requirements**:
Good presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Pleasant personality, hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Work well in a team.
- Basic + Product Commission + Personal Target.

**Training will be provided**:

- 30Years industry experience on field will guide you on training.
- SPM leaver / SPM graduater encourage to apply.
