**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the **employe life cycle, employee relations, compensations and benefits**.
- Support **recruitment efforts** by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle **HR documentation** such as offer letters, contracts, policies, and employee records.
- Assist in developing and implementing **HR policies & procedures** aligned with company goals.
- Manage schedule for Live Host, planning suitable time for brands such as Skincare, grocery, gym equipment, sports goods, electronics & gadgets, scarf and others
- Organize **employee engagement activities** to foster a positive workplace environment.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with **labour laws and company regulations**.
- Helps to create a positive work environment and ensure legal compliance.
- Employee life cycle
- Managing employee performance, managing employee disciplinary actions
- Developing benefit plans, processing company system, and managing employee benefits.
- Implementing a safety program, Updating and designing company policies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring legal compliance within the workplace.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
